Terms & Conditions — NWANA Digital Courses (International)

By purchasing or accessing any digital course provided by NWANA, you agree to the following terms. These terms are written primarily under U.S. law but are suitable for international customers.

1. Digital Products — No Refunds

All NWANA courses are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to proprietary educational content.
Because digital access cannot be revoked once delivered, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including for international buyers.

This policy complies with U.S. digital commerce standards and is permissible under EU/UK consumer rules for “immediate digital delivery with explicit consent.”

2. Personal, Non-Transferable License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course.

You may not:

  • share or sell your login credentials
  • allow others to access your account
  • copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials
  • translate or republish NWANA content without written permission

Any violation may result in account termination without refund.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • providing accurate account and payment information
  • securing your device and credentials
  • ensuring you can access PayPal or other approved payment methods in your country

NWANA is not liable for access issues caused by:

  • incorrect email addresses
  • blocked or restricted international payments
  • local banking restrictions
  • VPN or country-specific network limitations

4. International Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal (U.S.).
PayPal is responsible for encryption, authentication, and fraud protection.
Your financial information is never stored by NWANA.

International buyers are responsible for:

  • currency exchange rate differences
  • foreign transaction fees
  • bank processing delays

5. Access Duration

You receive long-term access to the course while the NWANA platform remains active.
NWANA may update, expand, or reorganize course content at any time for quality improvement.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

All NWANA educational programs are informational only.

By using the material, you acknowledge that:

  • Nordic Walking involves physical activity
  • you participate voluntarily at your own risk
  • NWANA is not responsible for injuries, errors in technique application, or medical conditions
  • international users must consider their own local health regulations and limitations

Consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials (videos, text, graphics, assessments, and methodology) are the intellectual property of NWANA.

Unauthorized:

  • copying
  • distribution
  • uploading to third-party platforms
  • AI/data scraping
  • translation without permission

is strictly prohibited.

8. Compliance With Local Laws

International buyers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • NWANA digital services are permissible in their region
  • PayPal operates in their country
  • they comply with any local tax or reporting obligations

NWANA operates under U.S. jurisdiction and is not subject to foreign court rulings.

9. Acceptance of These Terms
