Refund Policy (No Refunds)

The Nordic Walking Association of North America (“NWANA”) provides digital educational content, online certification programs, and other non-tangible services through https://nwaofna.com (“Site”).

Because our courses and materials provide instant, irrevocable digital access, all purchases made through our Site are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds for Digital Courses and Certifications

All LearnPress courses, digital materials, certification programs, and membership payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses
  • Digital curriculum
  • Certification fees
  • Examination fees
  • Membership or access fees
  • Any downloadable or streaming content

Once access is granted, NWANA cannot revoke the delivery of digital content; therefore refunds are not available.

2. Course Access Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, NWANA will assist in restoring access.
Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Accidental Purchases

Because access is granted immediately upon payment, NWANA does not provide refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Purchasing the wrong course

Please verify course details before completing payment.

4. Unauthorized Use

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, please:

  • Notify NWANA immediately
  • Contact your payment provider (e.g., PayPal)

NWANA will cooperate with legitimate fraud investigations.

5. Cancellations Before Payment

You may exit checkout or cancel your order before completing payment.
After payment is completed, the “No Refunds” policy applies.

6. Compliance With U.S., GDPR, and International Rules

Digital products are exempt from refund obligations under:

  • U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) digital goods rules
  • EU Directive 2011/83/EU (digital content exemptions when access is delivered immediately)
  • Canada PIPEDA digital services practices

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose the right to any refund once digital access is delivered.
