NWANA U.S. Representative Team competes internationally on behalf of NWANA and serves as the U.S. delegation in global Nordic Walking events.
The program brings together committed athletes, qualified coaches, and dedicated volunteers who are building this sport nationwide — from early development to elite performance.

Athlete Development
Selection and preparation of athletes for international competition, with long-term support and performance planning.
Rules & Standards
Implementation of unified national judging protocols, fair-play principles, and transparent competition regulations.
Clubs & Community
Formation of a national network of Nordic Walking clubs led by certified instructors, coaches, and judges.
Partnerships
Collaboration with sports organizations, health institutions, and event operators to expand opportunities in the U.S. and internationally.
International Participation
